ESP is a custom rubber, silicone and gasket extrusion manufacturer. We don't have enough information about the overall environment to which a gasket will be subjected to make recommendations in a product development phase. We fit in after design, engineering and testing is complete.

We take a finished print or sample that is identified for material and durometer, or an ASTM line callout so that material identification is possible. This is the INITIAL CONTACT PHASE. Then we can determine whether we can manufacture the product. We then initiate the QUOTING PHASE, once your order is placed we proceed to the TOOLING AND SAMPLE SUBMISSION PHASE, after client approval and prototype production run.
